Our sparkling clean home with its seaside and nautical décor is fully stocked and located on large landscaped lot on a private, quiet cul-de-sac that is safe for kids and perfect for evening strolls.

Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is here, including linens, towels, beach chairs and bicycles!

Our fully equipped kitchen will have you serving up meals in the separate dining room in no time, or use our local menu book to find a special place for dinner. A gas grill and outdoor bar will help you relax outdoors for a perfect Cape Cod evening around the fire pit.

Stroll through the gardens with roses and hydrangeas, watch one of the more than 50 DVD’s on the flat screen TV, or check out the games, books and toys ready for a family friendly vacation.

Need to stay connected to the office? Not a problem with work areas, wireless internet, unlimited local and long distance calling, phone, fax and printer.

Centrally located and close to it all! The home is just 2 miles from the warm ocean waters of Bank Street beach on Nantucket Sound in Harwich. Just around the corner from Cranberry Valley Golf course, the bike path, and the shops of Harwich and Harwichport. You can even walk to Dunkin’ Donuts!

This 2010 remodeled classic Cape Cod home works great for two families with plenty of room inside and out, and comfortably sleeps 8.

The sun-filled first floor has a brand new eat-in kitchen with granite counters and island, separate dining room and fireplaced living area, all with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, as well as a full bath are just down the hall. A deck with a gas grill overlooks the private yard and is great for outdoor cooking and dining. Enjoy the teak bar and fire pit! The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook your favorite summertime meals. Upstairs are two large queen bedded rooms, each with a private sitting area, and share a full bath with granite topped vanity. Air conditioning will keep you comfortable if needed, but the house has great breezes when the windows are open.

We have thought of everything, so you don’t have to spend your time packing the SUV with all that you own! There is an iPod dock/stereo and CD player, a Flat screen HD TV, and a DVD player with more than 50 movies for kids and grown ups alike. Sit back and unwind while your children discover the toy box of quality items, games, toys and bedtime books. Poke around in the garage and you will find beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, super soakers, boogey boards, sports equipment, bicycles and a cooler for your time at the beach. After your day at the shore, you will find a clothes line to dry your bathing suits and towels in the fresh Cape Cod air.

Your beds will be made upon your arrival. The beautiful and immaculate queen bedded rooms on the second floor have 1000 Thread Count sheets on top of brand new pillow top and memory foam mattresses. A perfect treat if you found that you got a little too much sun at the beach! Each of these rooms have private seating areas, lamps for bedtime reading, and generous closet space for your belongings.

The sunny kitchen with its new Maple cabinets and granite counter tops includes a dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and trash compactor. All the conveniences of home including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, lobster and corn pots, wine glasses, high end cutlery and stainless gourmet pots and pans. Drink your morning coffee at the kitchen island, and open the slider to the deck to catch the salty breezes!

We are convenient to Nantucket Sound beaches, and less than 1 mile to the Top Rated Cranberry Valley Golf Course, the paved Cape Cod Rail Trail bike bath, free tennis and basketball courts, playground, public library, concert gazebo, the Cape Cod Baseball League Harwich Mariner’s Field, and Dunkin Donuts.

In just 1 – 3 miles and you will be at the batting cages, go-carts, art galleries, junior theatre, movie theater, CVS, Shaw’s/Star market supermarket, George’s Fish Market, Shops and restaurants of Harwich and Harwichport, Freedom Cruise Line (with express ferry service to Nantucket), George’s Pizza and the famous Sundae School ice cream. Spectacular boutique shopping in Chatham awaits you!

Drive six miles north to Cape Cod Bay and the tidal flats of Brewster and Orleans for an unusual beach experience for the kids. Try to catch the sunset at low tide and bring your camera for an unforgettable moment.

We rented houses all over Cape Cod before selecting this spacious Cape in a quiet and quaint neighborhood for our purchase. Now families can have the same luxuries and amenities that they have at home, leaving plenty of time for relaxing and renewing with family and friends.
